I run UMBI Concierge.

It’s a personal concierge for restaurants, nightlife, events, and experiences — the dinner on Tuesday, the table at the club on Friday, the ticketed show next month, the weekend when someone flies in from out of town. My clients hand me the night, or the week, or the trip, and I hand it back to them ready.

I live in the New York dining and nightlife scene in a direct way — I visit the rooms, I book them, I know the hosts and the operators by name. I spend enough time in Miami to run the same circuit there, and I coordinate travel between the two cities for clients who move back and forth. Every engagement is one-to-one. I don’t run a call center, I don’t sell packages, and I don’t take on more clients than I can personally look after. All communication is by email or text — whichever you prefer.
